Company Policy

All payments received by 3 PM PST are normally ship out the same day. We will use either USPS Priority or UPS ground to ship out the product. It normally takes 2-3 business day for the product to arrive. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination, particularly during peak periods.

We do not accept returns. We will exchange any unit that is defective on arrival (DOA) within 5 business days. In order to exchange a unit, you would need to email us the receiver model and serial number then we will send you an RMA# and return address.

We will not share your personal information with any 3rd party or parties. If you have emailed us or made a purchase, you may receive periodic emails from us. You can request not to receive emails from us at any time by sending us email or reply our email with "REMOVE" in the subject.

Our website is highly encrypted to protect our customer and their privacy and identity.  We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the misuse of information that we have collected from you. All financial information is kept in locked files or electronic files that are password protected. All confidential information sent via our website (such as credit card numbers) uses the Internet security protocol known as "Secure Sockets Layer" or "SSL." This is a certification and encryption technology designed to make using your credit card as safe as possible on the Internet.  We do not save any credit card numbers. Credit card information will be destroyed once order is complete

In no event whatsoever, shall Global Wholesalers be liable for any form of indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential damages, including, but not being limited to, any loss of profits or loss of business, as a result of any breach of the terms hereof by the User/Buyer or any third party.

The equipment provided by Global Wholesalers is intended for legitimate usage only.

It is the sole responsibility of the user to ensure compliance with all laws when using these products. It is a criminal offence to illegally access encrypted satellite signals. If you are using illegitimate methods to watch a pay television signal without compensating its owner, then you could be in violation of one or more laws, and may be subject to prosecution under the laws of your country.

The buyer of a Global Wholesalers product agrees to indemnity and hold harmless Global Wholesalers, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, assigns, and affiliates, from any and all claims, actions, suits, demands, and legal costs, brought against Global Wholesalers in connection with any use or improper use of Global Wholesalers products by the Buyer/User or a third party.

TERMS OF USE & DECLARATION OF INTENT: The end-users of Global Wholesalers products need to read and agree to the Terms of Use and Declaration of Intent. The sale of our product is contingent upon these terms. The user of Global Wholesalers products agrees to the terms below.

I, the user, understand that certain satellite television equipment sold legally may nevertheless be used in an unauthorized manner to aid in the theft of satellite television services. I, hereby declare that I understand that the law provides for substantial criminal and civil penalties for the theft of satellite television services, and that I will not use Global Wholesalers products in any way whatsoever to intercept any satellite television signal without proper authorization from the local satellite service provider and payment of all lawful charges, and I will only use the equipment in accordance with all applicable laws.
