We conduct insurance and fair market value appraisals for private parties and fiduciaries on a regular basis. Insurance appraisals reflect the cost of replacing an item in the retail market. Fair market value appraisals are used for estate, tax and family division of property and reflect a value based on "willing buyer, willing seller and time is of the essence."

We will prepare a thorough inventory listing of all property that will include valuations and detailed gemological and/or horological descriptions.

Our appraisal fee is $100/hour and the minimum fee is $100. A full or partial rebate of the appraisal fee will be made for any items purchased by us within one (1) year of the appraisal.
